Sub:              Grant of Provisional Accreditation M/s. Xnine Communication (Pvt.) Ltd., Karachi

Dear Sirs,

This refers our Circular No. APNS/10/180 dated August 8, 2010 regarding suspension of M/s. Xposure Advertising & Marketing (Pvt.) Ltd., Islamabad.

We have to inform you that the Executive Committee of the APNS, at its meeting held on November 1, 2010 has considered the request of the above agency and decided to bifurcate M/s. Xposure Advertising & Marketing Islamabad in two advertising agencies as under:

M/s. Xnine Communication (Pvt.) Ltd                

M/s. Xposure Advertising & Marketing (Pvt.) Ltd                      

M/s. Xnine Communication has cleared the dues of member publications against the release orders which were issued by Karachi Office  of Xposure  whereas  M/s. Xposure Advertising Islamabad has owned responsibility of its releases in member publications.  Since M/s. Xposure has not yet cleared the reported dues, its business will remain suspended until the dues of member publications are cleared.

You are therefore advised to accept the advertisements released by M/s. Xnine Communication (Pvt.) Ltd., Karachi as a provisional accredited agency.
