Sub:    Restoration of  Advertisements of  the “National Program for Family Planning & Primary Health Care” 

Dear Sirs,

Please refer our Circular No.APNS/2010/226 dated  November 12, 2010 regarding claims against ads of “ National  Program for Family Planning & Primary Health Care, Hyderabad“, a listed client under M/s. Xpsoure Advertising and Marketing (Pvt.) Ltd., a suspended advertising agency.

We have received a claim from Daily Jang amounting to Rs.2,168/- against the above clients’ advertisement released through M/s. Xposure Advertising which has now been cleared.

We have therefore, decided to restore their  business. Member publications are hereby advised to accept the advertisements of the above clients through any source of their choice.
