Dear Sirs, 

This refers our Circular No.APNS/2010/135 dated June 08, 2010 wherein you were advised not to accept any advertisement of the Ministry of Education, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad through any source till further communication by the APNS. 

We have to inform you that the above allied departments of Ministry of Education have failed to clear the dues of M/s. Kenad (Pvt.) Ltd. and M/s. Xposure Advertising & Marketing (Pvt.) Ltd.. We have therefore, decided to suspend the above allied departments alongwith the Ministry of Education with immediate effect. 

Member publications are hereby, advised not to accept any advertisement of  the Ministry of Education and its above allied departments through any source till further communication by the APNS.
