Sub:    Provisional Restoration of Business of M/s. Maxim Advertising Co. (Pvt) Ltd

Dear Sirs,

This refers our Circular No.APNS/2010/215 dated October 30, 2010 regarding suspension of the above accredited advertising agency.

We are pleased to inform you that the above agency has settled the reported dues of member publications pertaining to May–June’2010 clearance period. We have therefore, decided to provisionally restore the business of the above agency with immediate effect. Member publications are advised to accept the advertisements released by the above agency till further communication by the APNS.
