Dear Sir, 

Please refer to our Circulars No.APNS/2010/155 dated July 19, 2010 and No.APNS/2010/184 dated September 15, 2010  wherein we had  sent you a copy of your entry published in the last edition of the APNS Directory and requested you to inform us if there is any change / addition you deemed to be incorporated in the entry. It is regretted that your response is still awaited. 

You are therefore, finally requested to send us the above information / changes latest by October 20, 2010 positively. If your response is not received by the appointed date, we would presume that no correction / addition is required and the previous entry would be published in the Directory.
