Sub:    Provisional Restoration of Business of M/s. Simm (Pvt) Ltd

Dear Sirs,

This refers our Circular No.APNS/2010/196 dated October 04, 2010 regarding suspension of the above accredited advertising agency.

We are pleased to inform you that the above agency has settled the reported dues of member publications pertaining to May – June’2010 clearance period. We have therefore, decided to provisionally restore the business of the above agency with immediate effect. Member publications are advised to accept the advertisements of listed clients of the above agency only (list available on APNS website).

Please go through APNS website i.e. www.apns.com.pk for other agencies / clients under suspension.
