Sub:    List of Invitees for 20^th APNS Award Ceremony.

Dear Sirs,

Please refer to our Circular No.APNS/2010/27 dated January 28, 2010 wherein we requested you to provide us the name of any one person from your publication who will attend the APNS Award Ceremony scheduled to be held in 2^nd half of February, 2010 on your behalf.

We have to inform you that now the above Ceremony has been scheduled to be held at Awan-e-Sadar, Islamabad. We again request you to send us confirmed name of the person representing your publication that he will definitely  attend  the Ceremony. The confirmation must reach the APNS Secretariat latest by February 20, 2010.

Please note that the invitation cards will be issued to confirmed invitees only in view of the security requirements of Aiwan-e-Sadar, Islamabad.
