Sub:    Provisional Restoration of  Advertisements of  

            Pakistan Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA).

Dear Sirs,

Please refer to our Circular No.APNS/2010/166 dated  August 07, 2010 regarding suspension of the business of the Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) on non-provision of bifurcation of account among advertising agencies on their panel.

We are pleased to inform you that  the above clients has undertaken to provide the bifurcation of account among advertising agencies as per APNS-PID bifurcation rules by the end of August 2010 and requested to restore their business.

We have therefore, decided to provisionally restore their  business. Member publications are hereby advised to accept the advertisements of the above clients till advised further.
