Sub: Outstanding dues against Sindh Government

Dear Sirs

You would recall that a meeting of Sindh Committee with Mr. Jamil Ahmed Soomro Advisor to the Chief Minister, the issue of dues against Sindh Information was discussed. The Advisor had assured that the Sindh Govt was putting its best efforts to clear the pending bills of APNS member publications.

The Sindh Information in response to our notice dated May 28, 2010 has requested to advise the member publications to provide the details of their  remaining outstanding dues .

We therefore request you to kindly send us  a bill-wise statement of outstanding dues, if any, as per following format to APNS Secretariat by June 10, 2010:

You are hereby requested to expedite your statement of outstanding dues so that the matter be taken up with the Sindh Government.
