Dear Sirs,
 
This refers our Circular No.APNS/2010/254 dated December 3, 2009 regarding suspension of the above associated advertising agency.
 
We are pleased to inform you that the above agency has cleared the reported dues of member publications. Further the agency has provided required documents for restructuring of the agency.
 
We have therefore, decided to provisionally restore the business of the above associated agency with immediate effect pending the approval of restructuring of the agency by the Executive Committee. Member publications are advised to accept the advertisements released by the above agency as usual.
