5.                  M/s. Midas Communications (Pvt) Ltd Islamabad
6.                  M/s. Simm (Pvt) Ltd
7.                  M/s. Xposure Advertising & Marketing (Pvt) Ltd
 
Dear Sirs,
 
We have to inform you that the above accredited advertising agencies have failed to clear the reported dues of member publications pertaining to Sep-Oct’2009, Nov-Dec’2009 clearance period and or not made the payments of penalties imposed by the Executive Committee despite final notices. The above agencies are therefore, suspended as per decision of the Office Bearers Committee with immediate effect.
 
All member publications are advised not to accept any advertisement of the clients of the above agencies through any source what-so-ever till further communication by the APNS.
