Dear Sirs,
You would appreciate that the APNS is actively pursuing the clearance of the reported outstanding dues against the Federal Government Ministries, Divisions and Departments for the period upto September 30, 2008.
In this respect, the APNS was successful in the approval of special grant by the Prime Minister of Pakistan for payments of the dues. The grant which was expired on June 30, 2009 has been reinstated and is being disbursed shortly.
We have observed that some Ministries / Departments have paid some bills of accredited agencies which were reported as outstanding against Federal Government. We have therefore, decided to request you to send us an updated statement of outstanding dues with Ministry-wise / Client-wise breakup showing the payment received after the complaints were lodged by you with the APNS. Please also note that the statement should not include your bills relating to electronic / out-door media. The statement should relates to print media only and be sent to APNS by January 09, 2010 positively as per following format:

Please note that if the desired update is not received by the appointed date, we shall not be able to pursue your claim with the Federal Government.
